Returns Eligibility:
- Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
- Some items (e.g., perishable goods, personal care products, customized items) may not be eligible for returns.
- Returns will only be accepted if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

- Provide order details and reasons for return along with images.
- Once approved, a return pickup will be scheduled or customers may need to ship the item to our return address.
- Refunds will be processed after the returned item passes our quality check.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit within 7 Business days.
- Shipping and handling charges may not be refunded unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Policy:
- If a customer wants an exchange instead of a refund, they can select the exchange option while initiating the return.
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy:
- Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
